SHIPPING CHARGES – Shipping charges are calcualted at checkout. I charge only actual shipping charges. I DO NOT CHARGE HANDLING or PACKAGING FEES. My preferred shipping carriers are USPS Priority Mail and Fedex ground. They have proven to be the safest and most cost effective option. Either option gets your pot to you in 2 - 4 days. If you have a specific shipping need let me know, I'll gladly work with you.
SHIPPING TIME- I make every attempt to ship within two days of payment received. Most often they go out the next morning. I normally ship on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
PAYMENT - My preferred method of payment is Paypal. Paypal allows you to pay for your purchase with Credit, Debit Cards, and E-Checks. It is a highly secure and safe way to pay. If you pay with an E-check through Paypal there are usually a few days pass before the check posts to my account. I will ship as soon as it posts. I will gladly accept a cashiers check, bank check, business check or money order. I will ship as soon as payment is received. Personal checks will be accepted but will need to clear the bank before shipment.
SALES TAX – I am located in Ohio and am required to charge Ohio sales tax for all purchases shipped to an Ohio address. The tax rate for the county (Clermont) I am in is 6.5 percent.
PHOTOS and COLOR – I make every attempt to accurately photograph my pots. Because everything I make is unique the pot in the picture will be the actual pot you will receive. Due to differences in computer monitors there may be some variation of color between the picture and actual piece. If exact color rendition is important to you I suggest an email stating your concern or question. I will do my best to verbally describe the pot or I can send you a high resolution digital photo. Ceramics are difficult to photograph. Expect some variation.
SIZE DESCRIPTION – All measurements are taken on the widest and tallest points on the exterior of the pot. The measurements provided describe overall exterior size and height.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please, let me know. I will do what I can to make it right. I’d like to have you as a customer again. Any and all responsibility on the part of Iker Bonsai Pottery caused by pot defect or breakage will be limited to the original purchase price of the pot.
